Shipping policy
Orders – General
Freight for your whole order is calculated at checkout. Pricing is in Australian dollars.
No plants, seed or other products can be dispatched internationally.
No plants or seeds can be sent to Western Australia, South Australia, or Tasmania, due to quarantine restrictions. For full details on quarantine restrictions you should contact the appropriate quarantine service or visit their website(s).
Orders – Dispatch
Confirmed orders received by 10 am Sunday – Wednesday are dispatched either same- or next-day. Confirmed orders received between Thursday – Saturday are delivered on Monday to prevent the garlic from being stuck in a warehouse with unfavourable conditions over the weekend.
Please note that once the product leaves our premises, responsibility for its condition or handling shifts to the recipient or carrier. We suggest that you select the ‘Express post’ option, so your order can be tracked.
Freight and handling fee starts at $10.90 / order, depending your selection of ‘Regular’ or ‘Express post’ options.
Orders – Delivery
Transit time of orders will depend on delivery address. Most addresses can be serviced by Australia Post within 1- 6 working days. Processing and dispatch may take up to 3 days, depending on the day of ordering (see above).
Delivery of orders should be achieved in 4 – 14 days after order payment. If you think your parcel is delayed, please check at your local Australia Post delivery centre before contacting us.
Seed Orders
Interstate orders: It is up to the receiver to determine which seed are declared weed or environmental weeds in their particular state. No responsibility in this regard rests with ‘Australian Sundried Organics’. Fresh (undried) seed is sent is at the receivers risk. No refunds or credits provided. Refer to ‘Refunds and Returns’ policy for more information.
