Refund and Returns policy
Unfortunately, refunds and returns of our garlic cannot be provided, due to bio-security requirements.
Parcels declined by receiver at the point of delivery, and returned to sender, will NOT be refunded. No refund for items returned to sender because incorrectly addressed or not collected from Post Office.
Any claim for goods not received, or damaged items, must be made within 10 days of dispatch date. After this time claims will not be acknowledged.
Plant Guarantee
‘Australian Sundried Organics’ guarantees the delivery of a live plant. Once the live plant arrives, it is the responsibility of the receiver to keep it alive. We do not replace or refund plants that die or become dormant in your care.
Seed Non-Guarantee
‘Australian Sundried Organics’ does NOT make any guarantee on purchases of seed, being either seed packets or bulk seed. This non-guarantee reflects our lack of control over our customers seed storage, cultivation practices and weather conditions, Therefore, we will not replace packets of seeds, bulk seeds or provide refunds. We are not responsible for losses incurred through the failure of any crop derived from any of our seeds, plants or root stock.
